You can also get pectin by mixing a few pieces of lemon or crushed lemon peel with water. Pectin is a type of fiber found in lentils. Various studies have shown that fiber plays a very effective role in increasing digestive energy. The quality of lemon will not keep you directly hydrated. However, the taste of lemon will play a unique role in this regard. You need to drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain the perfect balance of water in the body. Because there is no taste in the water, the desire to eat again and again may not work.
